1. About These Terms

By booking a service with OnlyClean or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. These terms apply to all carpet cleaning and pressure washing services provided by OnlyClean across South West London and the Home Counties.

2. Bookings & Quotes

✔ All quotes provided online or verbally are estimates only and subject to on-site assessment.
✔ A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed a date and time in writing (via WhatsApp or email).
✔ Minimum charge for carpet cleaning services is £90.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

✔ We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
✔ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a call-out fee.
✔ OnlyClean reserves the right to reschedule in cases of severe weather or equipment failure, with prompt notification to the customer.

4. Service Conditions

✔ Customers must ensure clear access to all areas to be cleaned prior to our arrival.
✔ We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, stains that cannot be removed with standard techniques, or items left in the cleaning area.
✔ Pressure washing services require access to a water supply. This must be confirmed prior to booking.
✔ Freshly cleaned carpets require drying time of approximately 2–6 hours. We accept no liability for damage caused by use of carpets before they are fully dry.

5. Payment

✔ Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
✔ We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments.
✔ Outstanding invoices not paid within 7 days may incur a late payment fee.

6. Liability

OnlyClean is fully insured for public liability. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of use, or consequential damages arising from our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
